熟悉咖啡烘焙的朋友們，應該已經有很直接的概念，烘焙總時間是９分２０秒，利用 Agtron 焦糖儀量測出來的是 70/87，算是淺烘焙的範圍，內外色差也相當完美，呈現出蜂蜜般的甜感，香氣也相當複雜。
